Every questionasked before they start.
Answers organised by role because a COO, a QA lead, and a senior analyst are asking different things.
Persona 01 of 04
COO / Owner
Balance sheet, ROI, headcount: what the investment actually returns, measured in your own lab.
01What are the key business impacts of Cuegent?
Cuegent may reduce analyst review time anywhere between 33–75%, depending on the complexity and volume of your batches, measured against your own workflow during the pilot, not a market average.
Freed capacity typically translates to higher sample throughput, faster turnaround, and a direct improvement in cost per result and more billable work from the same team. See what that looks like for your laboratory.
02How is Cuegent priced?
Per sample. You pay for actual usage, not a flat seat licence regardless of volume. Pricing is set per laboratory after the pilot, once we know your workflow and throughput. Contact us for pricing.
03What does the pilot commit us to?
Nothing long-term. The pilot runs one to three months alongside your existing process. At the end, you receive a concordance report, measured time savings, and a cost assessment based on your data. You decide whether to continue based on evidence.
04What happens if Cuegent doesn't meet our standard?
The pilot tells you that honestly before any long-term commitment. If Cuegent's output does not align with your quality system at the level you require, we treat that as a starting point for discussion, working with your team to understand where the gaps are, what adjustments may close them, and whether a path forward makes sense for both sides.
Persona 02 of 04
Lab Director / General Manager
Capacity, margin, operational control: how Cuegent fits into the lab you already run.
01Does Cuegent work with our existing instruments and LIMS?
Yes. Cuegent reads files directly from SCIEX, Agilent, and Shimadzu instruments and delivers signed results into QBench LIMS. Nothing changes at the bench: no instrument replacement, no method migration.
02Can Cuegent handle multiple instrument types in one workflow?
Yes. SCIEX, Agilent, and Shimadzu batches all arrive in one shared work queue: one set of rules, one review process, one report format. Your analysts work from a single interface regardless of which instrument produced the data.
03How much disruption does implementation cause?
Minimal. Cuegent is configured around your existing SOPs, methods, and acceptance criteria. The pilot runs in parallel with your current process; your release workflow stays in control throughout.
04How does Cuegent scale as our sample volume grows?
Because review effort is compressed into one focused pass per batch, throughput scales without a proportional increase in analyst hours. More samples move through the same team without adding review layers or extending turnaround.
Persona 03 of 04
QA Lead / Quality Manager
Audit defensibility, data integrity, veto power: the questions that determine whether any tool can operate in a regulated laboratory.
01Does Cuegent ever approve or release a result automatically?
Never. There is no auto-approval setting, not now, not ever. Every result is reviewed and signed by a qualified analyst before release. Every correction carries a written reason attributed to a named person with a timestamp.
02Is Cuegent compliant with 21 CFR Part 11 and ISO 17025?
Cuegent is designed to support your validation against 21 CFR Part 11, ISO 17025, and GLP requirements. Every original instrument file is kept unchanged, every action is timestamped and attributed, and the audit log has no retention limit. Validation runs against your quality system during the pilot.
03What does the audit trail look like?
Every batch produces a single export package: the signed report, every original instrument file unchanged, and a complete activity history showing who reviewed, what changed, when, and why. Any earlier state of a batch is retrievable and comparable. The record answers for itself without reconstruction.
04Can an analyst override a Cuegent flag, and is that recorded?
Yes and yes. Analyst decisions and overrides are always theirs to make. Every override is recorded with a written reason, attributed to the analyst, and timestamped. Nothing moves through the workflow without a traceable human decision behind it.
Persona 04 of 04
Senior Analyst
Workflow clarity, judgement respected, not replaced: what the day-to-day actually looks like, and what never changes.
01Does Cuegent replace our analyst?
No. Cuegent handles the routine review so analysts spend their time on the injections that need judgement. Every result is reviewed and signed by a qualified analyst before release. No auto-approvals, ever.
02What exactly does Cuegent flag for my review?
Results outside your acceptance criteria, calibrations that fail your validity rules, QC recoveries out of range, potential wrong-peak detections, and missing calibration data. Everything flagged comes with a written reason. You decide what to do; Cuegent never does.
03What if I disagree with how Cuegent has processed something?
You override it. Your decision is recorded with your written reason and your name. Cuegent surfaces the information; the analytical call is always yours.
04Will I need to learn a completely new system?
No. Cuegent is configured around your existing methods and SOPs. The interface is designed around how review actually works: queue, batch, exceptions, sign. Most analysts are comfortable within their first pilot batch.
